1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using SweepFeed (the "Service"), operated by SweepFeed LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

2. Description of Service

SweepFeed is a sweepstakes aggregation and discovery platform. We curate, index, and display sweepstakes, contests, and giveaways from third-party sources. SweepFeed does not operate, sponsor, administer, endorse, or manage any sweepstakes listed on our platform. We serve solely as an informational aggregator. All sweepstakes are operated by their respective sponsors and governed by their own official rules, eligibility requirements, and terms. 2A. Geographic Scope

The Service is intended for users located in the United States and Canada. While users from other jurisdictions may access the Service, SweepFeed makes no representation that the Service, or any sweepstakes listed therein, are appropriate, available, or legal in any jurisdiction outside the United States and Canada. Users who access the Service from outside these jurisdictions do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of the Service require account registration. SweepFeed uses passwordless authentication via Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Magic Link (email-based authentication). We do not store passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication provider accounts and for all activities occurring under your SweepFeed account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Notify us immediately at support@sweepfeed.com of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share access to your authenticated sessions with any third party
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, spider, or use any automated means to access or collect data from the Service without our express written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems connected to the Service
• Use the Service to facilitate entry into sweepstakes that you are not eligible to enter
• Submit false winner stories, fake reviews, or misleading content to the platform

6. Fair Use and Rate Limiting

To protect our service and prevent abuse, we implement rate limiting and fair use policies. While paid subscriptions offer high-volume access, all usage is subject to reasonable limits designed to prevent scraping, automated data collection, and system abuse. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for accounts exhibiting excessive or abusive usage patterns. "Unlimited" features in paid tiers are subject to fair use policies and may be limited if we detect automated scraping, bot activity, or other behavior that degrades service quality for other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and other materials on the Service are the property of SweepFeed or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written authorization.

The SweepFeed name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SweepFeed. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service contains links to and information about third-party sweepstakes and websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or sweepstakes. Your interaction with any third-party sweepstakes is solely between you and that third party. We strongly recommend that you read the official rules and terms of any sweepstakes before entering.

9. AI-Powered Features

SweepFeed uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to power features including sweepstakes discovery, quality scoring, feed personalization, and email parsing (for Pro subscribers). You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Quality scores are algorithmic assessments, not guarantees of legitimacy
• Personalized recommendations are based on automated analysis and may not always be accurate
• AI email parsing may miss or misidentify some notifications

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, LEGITIMACY, LEGALITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY SWEEPSTAKES LISTED ON OUR PLATFORM. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL WIN ANY PRIZE OR THAT ANY SWEEPSTAKES IS LEGITIMATE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWEEPFEED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY SWEEPSTAKES LISTED ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES RELATED TO ENTRIES, PRIZES, ELIGIBILITY, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; (D) THE ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SweepFeed and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another; (d) your participation in any sweepstakes discovered through the Service; or (e) any content you submit to the Service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.1 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sherwood, Wyoming, or at another mutually agreed location.

13.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13.3 Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions by sending written notice to support@sweepfeed.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

14. Paid Subscriptions and Payments

SweepFeed offers a paid subscription tier ("Pro") that provides enhanced features beyond the free tier. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with the Pro plan.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selection. Payments are processed through third-party providers (RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store).
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that time.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or the terms of the specific platform (e.g., Apple or Google). If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@sweepfeed.com within 14 days of the charge.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

15. SweepFeed Pro Email and Phone Number

The "Pro" subscription includes a custom @sweepfeed.com email address and a dedicated SweepFeed phone number for sweepstakes entry.

15a. Email Service

• Service Description: This email service is intended solely for receiving sweepstakes-related communications. We use automated artificial intelligence (AI) systems to parse, categorize, and analyze incoming emails to identify winning notifications, promotional codes, and other relevant content.
• Consent to Automated Processing: By using the SweepFeed Email service, you explicitly consent to the automated scanning and analysis of your emails by our AI systems.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Our AI systems are designed to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that every winning notification or promotional offer will be correctly identified or notified to you. It is your responsibility to check your inbox regularly.
• Termination: Upon cancellation or expiration of your "Pro" subscription, your @sweepfeed.com email address may be deactivated, and access to the inbox and its contents may be lost. We are not responsible for any lost communications resulting from deactivation. We recommend exporting any important emails before cancellation.

15b. Phone Number Service

• Service Description: The "Pro" subscription includes a dedicated SweepFeed phone number intended solely for use in sweepstakes entries that require a phone number. This number is provided for entry convenience only and is not a general-purpose phone line.
• Consent to Communications: By using the SweepFeed phone number, you consent to receiving calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and voicemails from sweepstakes sponsors and related third parties at that number. Standard messaging and data rates from your carrier do not apply to the SweepFeed number, but may apply to your personal number if you forward communications.
• No Emergency Use: The SweepFeed phone number is not intended for and may not support emergency calls (911) or other critical communications. Do not use it as your primary phone number.
• Termination: Upon cancellation or expiration of your "Pro" subscription, your SweepFeed phone number may be deactivated and recycled. Any pending calls, texts, or voicemails may be lost. We are not responsible for any lost communications resulting from deactivation.

16. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements on both the Free and Pro tiers. Advertisements are designed to be unintrusive and are clearly distinguishable from editorial content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the display of advertisements. We strive to ensure that ads do not interfere with your experience, but we do not guarantee that all advertisements will be relevant to you. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertiser. On the Free tier, ad views may also generate charitable donations through our partnership programs.

17. DustBunnies Rewards

The Service includes a loyalty rewards program ("DustBunnies"). DustBunnies have no monetary value and are subject to the DustBunnies Rewards Terms.

18. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and posted on the Service at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

19. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 shall survive termination.

20. Force Majeure

SweepFeed shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages.

21. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations, including those of the United States. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Sweepstakes Disclaimer, Advertising Disclosure, and any supplemental terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SweepFeed regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
